Eat Until You

FullBar

I love the sales pitch of many weight loss products - they kinda make me crack up. The weight loss spill for FullBars is quite impressive. They claim that individuals using Fullar as a diet supplement have previously lost 40% of their excess weight in only three months. WOW!!   I'm not saying that this isn't true... I'm only saying that you have to make sure that the product is a good fit for you. For me, I LOVE sweets and I tend to snack a lot.  Eating a FullBar in between meals (or as directed) is ideal for me.

The Concept Behind the Bars

Created by Dr. Michael A. Snyder, a leading weight-loss surgeon, FullBars and FullBites are snack bars and products that are not only all natural, but delicious. Simply eat them with an 8-ounce glas of water about 30 minutes before your two biggest meals of the day. by meal time, part of your stomach will be filled, thus causing you to eat less food. In short, the FullBar sets out to accomplish what weight loss surgery does - without going under the knife. Eat less, lose weight.

Truffulls are a breakthrough in weight-loss technology. Combining the filling effects of beFull products with the decadent tastes of chocolate caramel and chocolate mint to help you satisfy your sweet tooth, satiate your hungers and help you lose weight, because when you feel full, you eat less. And when you eat less, you lose weight.

Pros

  • I love it when companies offer a free trial of any sort. FullBar offers a 2 week trial plus a 30-day money back guarantee.
  • FullBar has a full range of support including online help such as calorie counter, exercise tracker and healthy meal plans.
  • This plan does not require any type of membership or monthly fees. You purchase what you want with no pressure to purchase more.
  • FullBars are also offered in several stores like Costco and WalMart. So if you run low on your supply, you can easily run to the store to grab a small supply until your delivery arrives.
  • FullBars is also on Facebook.  This is exciting to me because I can read other people's success stories or complaints about the products.

Cons

  • Don't be fooled, although the concept makes sense, the results behind these products also hinges on the user eating a sensible meal and getting plenty of exercise and rest.
  • The bars contain around 30+ grams of carbs and about 10+ grams of sugar.  I'm not really thrilled about those numbers.
  • Something to make you say, "hmmm": a Snicker's Marathon Honey Nut Oat Bar contains fewer calories, more protein and less carbs than Fullbars.
  • I really don't see any difference in the FullBars and the Truffulls - so why the price difference?
